I am Tobias Graf Arco-Valley, founder of CLATTON HEADHUNTERS. For more than 15 years I have worked in executive search, with a clear focus: the precise placement of finance and tax positions in technology-driven industry.
What sets me apart is the combination of deep expertise and a fine sense for personalities, always in the context of the individual corporate culture. I do not work by the watering-can principle, but in a targeted, honest and persistent way. It is not about quantity, but about quality and genuine, lasting collaboration. Whether specialist, manager or C-level, I find personalities who truly fit the company.
